David Torres
David became a real estate agent over ten years ago in New
York City. Shortly after helping a few buyers purchase
their home, he decided to purchase his first home as well;
the experience taught him about the tax breaks and through
the years the importance of home equity buildup. Since then
his enthusiasm for owning property has lead him to invest in
over a dozen homes in New York, Florida and the Eastern Caribbean.

David attended La Salle Military Academy in Long Island, NY
and received his Associates in
Arts degree from Valencia Community College in Orlando and
will be on the road to getting a Bachelors Degree in Business
from the University of Central Florida. David is a member
of the National Association of Realtors®.

Hitesh Khatri
Hitesh always had an interest in being involved
with the real estate industry, with over 25 years of sales
and marketing experience. The experience of owning and operating
his own businesses and a hands-on approach over the years gave
him the appropriate tools to become a successful Realtor®.
From site selection to analyzing profit and loss reports, along
with all other managerial responsibilities in sales, it
was quite easy for him to become a licensed real estate agent.
With advertising knowledge and graphic design talent under
his belt, Hitesh can market real estate from a unique perspective,
giving him an advantage.

price for their home, as well as providing them with the highest level of service

Hitesh has been a Florida resident since 1977, and lived in
Central Florida for over 27 years. He received his Bachelor
of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
He is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, Florida
Association of Realtors®, Orlando Regional Realtor® Association
and the Hindu Society of Central Florida.
Aside from real estate, one of his other passions in life is
travel.
